Comic and Movie Posters
Overview: To play off the Vigilante role introduced in the Dum Justice update, Among Us 3D needed posters inspired by comic book covers and movie posters for social media, blogs, and store pages.
My Contributions: Created a series of comic book- and movie poster-inspired designs for the campaign. A full breakdown of these posters is found on the Schell Games blog.
Launch Trailer Animation
Overview: The Dum Justice launch trailer needed an opening sequence showing the Vigilante overcome with emotion from constant crewmate deaths.
My Contributions: Animated the trailer's opening moments in Procreate, working in collaboration with Derek Lieu, who directed, edited, and storyboarded the trailer.
Store Page Art Update
Overview: With the release of Dum Justice, Among Us 3D's store page artwork needed to be updated to reflect the new event.
My Contributions: Added a Vigilante bean and event subtitle to previously provided key art, then edited and optimized a total of 37 graphics to meet the aspect ratio, file type, bit depth, color profile, and safe area requirements for PlayStation, Steam, Meta, and PICO.
Photo Contest Artwork
Overview: As part of the campaign, Schell Games ran a photo contest inviting players to submit in-game photos of the Vigilante bean, which needed accompanying artwork for store pages, the Schell Games blog, and social media.
My Contributions: Illustrated the contest artwork in Procreate, designing the Vigilante bean to resemble J. Jonah Jameson from Spider-Man at stakeholders' request.
Blog Graphics
Overview: As part of the campaign, Schell Games published blog posts telling stories about the Vigilante, which needed mockups of fake newspaper articles about the character's antics.
My Contributions: Prepared the newspaper article mockups using copy written by Jared Bundy.
